In addition to studying both the fields of psychology and social work, Maureen Walsh has ongoing study of the spiritual influence on the psychological. Most recently, she completed a 2 year program under the direction of Dr. Karyne Wilner in Core Energetics - which focuses on the incorporation of the body and spirit into the work of therapy - believing it is this combination that helps in release, expansion and thus growth.

Abby works with a variety of client issues including anxiety and depression. She is gifted at helping clients to transition through the grieving process as well as supporting those who have experienced trauma.  Abby also has a passion for working with parents whose children have been diagnosed with Asperger's and are experiencing its challenges. A licensed psychotherapist and special education teacher, Abby received her Master's degree in Social Work at Simmons College in Boston and her Master's degree in Special Education at Rhode Island College.

Kristen is a certified provider of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and family systems into her approach.
Her expertise is supporting recovery after stressful or traumatic events. Both recent exposure and old wounds can be healed.
She also have extensive experience working with children and their caregivers. Together she will help you improve your child's emotional & behavioral functioning, and equip you with the skills needed to maintain the success.

Cristen Sassi, OTR/L

Cristen is a pediatric occupational therapist with a specialty in sensory integration and has received her level 1 DIR/Floortime certificate.   She has practiced in pediatrics in a variety of settings including: early intervention, inclusive preschool and kindergarten programs, consultations to school systems and HBTS/PASS programs, supervisory roles and outpatient clinic settings.

Roswitha was born and raised in Germany, where she taught kindergarten. After moving to the United States, She worked with children with special needs for more than ten years. Then in 2011 she was introduced to the DIR Floortime approach. The DIR Floortime philosophy/method really spoke to her. So soon after she started taking Floortime classes.
