Student Shadowing & Clinical Rotations
Learn with us. Grow with us. Build the future of pediatric therapy.
At The Therapy Collaborative, we don’t just offer shadowing or clinical rotations—we offer a unique, elevated training experience for students who are passionate about pediatric rehabilitation.
Our clinic is known for clinical excellence and academic contribution. Students here not only learn hands-on therapy skills but may also have opportunities to collaborate on research, contribute to publications, and participate in conference presentations.
We welcome inquiries from:
OT and OTA students
SLP students
Undergraduates exploring OT, SLP, child development, or related fields
Students interested in pediatric therapy, innovation, and research
Placement availability varies based on supervision capacity and caseload—but we review each request carefully.
What Makes Our Rotations Unique
Most therapy rotations focus solely on treatment.
Ours go deeper.
Students placed at The Therapy Collaborative may have opportunities to:
Participate in ongoing research projects
Assist with data collection, literature review, or case studies
Contribute to poster presentations submitted to pediatric therapy or interdisciplinary conferences
Collaborate on writing projects, including articles or manuscripts
Learn how evidence-based practice is integrated into real-time clinical care
Several of our past students have had their work:
Published in peer-reviewed journals
Accepted as posters or presentations at conferences
Recognized by academic faculty for innovation and quality
This makes our clinic an exceptional placement for students with interests in research, academia, or advanced pediatric practice.
