Careers at TTC
Grow into the clinician you want to be.
We're a growing team of occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists in Normal, Illinois, building specialty programs for children through seniors. Physical therapy is the next program we're adding and we're looking for clinicians who want to grow with us.
Pay is $35–$50 per hour for full- and part-time roles and $45–$60 per hour for PRN, based on experience.
What you can count on
- Continuity of care. A primary therapist model that lets you build real progress with families.
- Schedules that fit your life. Full-time, part-time from one day a week, or PRN.
- Real investment in your education. Full-time clinicians receive $1,500 a year toward continuing education, growing to $3,000 with tenure. Part-time is prorated.
Why TTC
Meaningful work, a strong team, and room to stretch.
You'll own your caseload, take on cases that challenge you, and have colleagues who want to see you succeed.
Continuity you can build on
We use a primary therapist model. You lead your patients' plans of care and see their progress over time, with teammates covering when schedules shift.
Interesting cases, real support
Pediatrics through seniors, plus complex neuro, DCD, feeding, and intensives. When a case is complex, you work through it with the team.
A schedule built around life
Full-time with health benefits, part-time starting at one day a week, or PRN. Flex days around the holidays help you protect family time.
Interdisciplinary by design
OTs and SLPs share patients, plan together, and learn from each other's disciplines. Physical therapy is joining the team next.
